Products may not be returned unless Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd has
supplied the incorrect item or
the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery
In such a case, Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd will exchange the item on condition that
it be returned in its original packaging with all documentation, manuals and accessories or spare parts that accompany the item and
the customer returns the product within seven (7) working days of receipt of the item and also confirms same by sending an email to email@example.com within the seven (7) working day period.
any and all items returned must be shipped pre-paid and insured at customers cost. Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd will not accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit
On receipt of the returned item, Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd will make all efforts to exchange the item, but, if an exchange is not possible, then Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd will refund the purchase price including delivery cost. This amount will be refunded within 10 working days of the item being returned to Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any coffee sold where the package has been opened or perforated in any way.
If we accidentally deliver the incorrect item to you, we will remedy this at our own cost and deliver the correct item and have the incorrect item collected.
If an item is delivered in a damaged state or missing any parts, Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd must be notified in writing by email within seven (7) working days to firstname.lastname@example.org
The following will not be considered as defects:
Damage arising from electrical surge
Damage arising from incorrect installation
Damage arising from any alterations made to the item
Damage arising from failure to correctly operate the item
All electrical items sold come with a 1 year guarantee for any problems arising out of mechanical failure, not including wear and tear, power surge, lightning strike, water damage, fire or negligent and malicious damage. Items needing repairs under guarantee must be sent to Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd pre-paid with couriers and insured at customers cost. Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd will not accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Items needing repairs under guarantee must be logged in writing via email to email@example.com notifying us of said item being shipped for such repair work and accompanied by invoice and purchase date.
Items for repairs under guarantee must be packed properly to avoid any damage in transit. Coffee Unplugged (Pty) Ltd will accept no responsibility for damage due to insufficient protection from packaging item.
